In one-on-one wellness coaching, we take a deep dive into your personal motivators to define your own version of wellness, and create a personalized roadmap to make it happen. There are no cookie-cutter solutions or one-size-fits-all fixes here: this is all about becoming the best YOU that you can be.
In my cooking classes, you'll discover how easy and affordable it can be to prepare healthy, home-cooked meals, and learn how certain foods can either promote or prevent illness. Not much time to cook? No problem! I'll show you how quick it can be to get more plants on your plate.

Sifting through all of the confusing nutrition information nowadays, and then coming up with a healthy lifestyle plan AND staying consistent, is a challenge. How would it feel to know what wellness really means to you, and to do more than simply survive- to actually thrive?
With guidance and accountability each step of the way, you'll develop your own vision of wellness and then create and implement a plan to make that vision a reality. This may include more physical activity or nutritious meals, getting more sleep, or finding ways to reduce stress and burnout. Most people work on multiple components to embody their full wellness vision, but that decision ultimately relies on you.
Wellness coaching starts with an initial session lasting about 90 minutes, where we delve into your dreams and motivators for your wellbeing. We then develop your personalized wellness vision and plan, with specific goals you'll set in motion.
After the initial session, we usually meet weekly (though this is customizable based on your schedule and needs) for 30-minute sessions to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust goals.

However, preparing healthy and delicious home-cooked meals CAN be easy, inexpensive, and fun! I can help you identify easy meals to include in your weekly rotation, and discover food choices and cooking methods that promote health (and can also prevent, treat, and sometimes even reverse chronic disease). I offer public cooking classes, as well as private classes for individuals, small groups/organizations, and to businesses as part of corporate wellness programs. Classes can be virtual over Zoom, or in person. Contact me for info on booking private classes!
