Cooking Classes

Many people worry that healthy eating is expensive and time-consuming, and many feel they lack cooking skills or just don't like to cook. However, preparing healthy and delicious home-cooked meals CAN be easy, inexpensive, and fun! I can help you identify easy meals to include in your weekly rotation, and discover food choices and cooking methods that promote health (and can also prevent, treat, and sometimes even reverse chronic disease).   • Healthy Vegan Basics: $100 pp; 4 weeks Sat 2/7/26-2/28/26
    • Learn why eating more whole plant foods like whole grains, beans, veggies, and fruits is beneficial for health, along with tips on how to make healthy meals easier and affordable. We will demo delicious recipes in each class!
